This workshop will allow executives of Romanian companies to understand the international environment in which they are operating and its general political and geopolitical trends. They will be able to analyse geopolitical risk as it applies to their company and the interconnections and interdependencies between the different markets in which they operate. They will also be able to identify the geopolitical stakeholders who shape how geopolitical risk impacts on the company’s financial performance. The workshop is interactive and participative. The participants will carry out a case study exercise in geopolitical risk analysis, which will enhance their capability to carry out similar analysis for their own company.
The workshop is aimed at Romanian executives responsible for the international operations of the company, or who anticipate working abroad in the future. It is also aimed at anyone who wants to have a better understanding of the international business environment and its impact on Romanian companies. It will be of particular relevance to those responsible for investment and credit guarantee decisions, whether in the government or the banking sector, in support of Romania’s commercial operations abroad.
